Operation Sequence

Mix the recommended ratio of powder grams and distilled or deionized water in a mixing bowl.
Add the dental stone powder and mix slowly with a stainless steel spatula to prevent air bubbles.
Mix for 50 seconds to 1 minute manually, or use a vacuum mixer for about 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into the mold, use vibration to remove air bubbles.
Ensure the mold is free of residual water and debris to maintain accuracy and surface smoothness.
Allow the mixture to fully set before removing and drying.
After drying, proceed with trimming.
