Water-cooled Type Induction Casting Machine

This machine utilizes advanced induction technology to melt and cast dental alloys with precision and efficiency.

This machine rapidly melts high, medium, and low melting point alloys within seconds, ensuring excellent fluidity for the molten metal and resulting in dense, intricately shaped, and precisely cast prosthetic dental components.

Operation Manual

  1. Setup: Connect the power cord to a 30A switch or circuit breaker with a secure grounding. Use copper wire larger than 2.5mm² for the power supply and prepare a water bucket of at least 100 liters for the cooling system.
  2. Control Panel: Features voltage and current meters, melting and casting buttons, a stop button, corresponding indicator lights, and power adjustment knobs.
  3. Preparation: After setting up, turn on the power, check the water supply and drainage, and ensure the voltage does not exceed 235 volts. Choose the appropriate casting ring support, balance it on the centrifugal arm, and tighten securely.
  4. Casting: Place the crucible with the metal on its stand, close the lid, and start the melting process. Adjust the current to about 16-17A for optimal melting. Once melted, press the casting button to start the centrifuge and stop it after 3 seconds to complete the process.
