Dental Lab Model Trimmer
A dental trimmer is a machine used in dental laboratories and clinics for modeling hard or soft plaster, trimming and finishing, and polishing models. The trimmers use standard, fine or coarse grit sanding discs, silicon carbide discs, or also diamond discs, depending on the technician’s need.
Trimming and polishing plaster models wet or dry.
1. Tighten the water inlet pipe and the joint to avoid falling off and prevent water from splashing into the motor and burning the motor.
2. Tighten all the connecting screws of the machine to prevent loosening.
3. Turn on the power supply and observe whether the motor has abnormal noises and whether the sand disc rotates smoothly. If there is any abnormality, stop the dental lab model trimmer working immediately for maintenance.
