This lab equipment is a compact design of polymerization unit, which features 4-In-1 dental laboratory polymerizer:Temporary implant repair, all-on-4, self curing denture base, temporary teeth, orthodontic base.

Dental laboratory polymerizer enables to operate adjustable element: amount of water, curing time and air pressure.

The dental lab polymerizer features of manual hand water filling and manual operation of pressure gauge, the equipment max pressure and temperature reaches to 5 kg and 120 °C respectively. It is an automatic curing pressure pot polymerizing machine when time setting that water and air will be automatically discharged.

Operating Instructions

1. Turn counterclockwise to open the lid and pour in hot water. If you pour in cold water, please turn on the power and heat for 20 minutes.
2. Turn the lock cover clockwise to ensure that the manual pressure relief valve is tightened to prevent air leakage.
3. The maximum air pressure should not exceed 5 kg.
