Peeso reamers:these are instruments used to widen and smooth the coronary part of the canals and allow better access to the shaping instruments. Its use is strictly limited to the straight portion of the ducts.
Instruments are used to enlarge the root canal orifice and the coronal third of the canals. They are motor-driven instruments used to enlarge the orifice of the root canals and the coronal third of the canals. They differ from Gates Glidden drills in that the blades extend over a wide surface area and are cylindrical.
A range of six sizes allows the clinician to use burs sequentially to achieve proper taper and avoid excessive dentin removal.
