Rapid Sintering Gradient Zirconia Blocks
This zirconia block is a fast sintering product, it can complete the sintering procedure in 2 hours. The zirconia material features a three-dimensional gradient with progressive transitions in color, transparency, and strength to mimic natural tooth morphology.
The block has a perspective shade gradient across six layers, transitioning similarly to natural tooth body and enamel layers. This enables restorations to achieve a natural look.

Rapid Sintering Programming Setting
The zirconia sintering process consists of a quick heating phase ramping up to 1530°C in 51 minutes, followed by a 1 hour low temperature hold at 300°C during controlled cooling.
